Plastic Bottle as School Fees????

#SpotlightThursdays… The African Clean Up Initiative is an environmental Non-Governmental Organization that developed the RecyclesPay project, which is a back to school initiative that allows parents to pay their children’s school fees with recyclables. The organization recently collaborated with Morit International School in Ajegunle, Lagos Nigeria. The project is centered around bringing awareness of environmental health in the community as well as alleviateing financial burden from struggling parents.

Great Work!!! I love the fact the program is basically killing two birds with one stone; developing a way to keep students is school and also cleaning up the community. This is why I am so passionate about the #Back2SchoolTransformation project. I believe that every child deserves the best educational experience. So let’s continue to provide the best opportunities to more students in need.
